The space
This free standing home is located on a hill and every room of the house offers spectacular views of Lake Wakatipu, the Remarkables ranges, Walters Peak and Mt Nicolas.
The home expands over 3 levels. The family room, dining room, kitchen, laundry and an additional toilet are on the ground level. A second living area and the master bedroom with a queen size bed are on the second level. The bathroom and additional two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two singles or one super-king, are on the top level.
On warm days, you can delight in the numerous outdoor decks as well – all offering the same breathtaking views.
*We have unlimited internet and a large Smart TV with Netflix should you wish to unwind in the evenings.
*We are situated halfway between the center of Queenstown and the Airport, or about 5-10 minutes drive to both (depending on the traffic).
*We are close (800m) to the central bus line, that passes on the road below the property (you can see it from the pictures). The popular Queenstown trail can be seen from the pictures too and is ideal for walking, running or biking.
*Very popular with the locals cafe – the Boat Shed is the same distance away, 800m. It serves amazing coffee, breakfast, and lunch, and is situated on the Lakeshore – superb Queenstown experience!
*All our appliances and furniture are brand new and of very good quality.
